Where possible, EqPlat uses South African data centre regions to store and process personal information. However, some data may be processed outside South Africa as part of global cloud infrastructure and third-party services. Analytics data is processed in the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any cross-border data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

We only share data:

• With service providers required to operate the platform
• When required by law

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations.

You have rights in relation to your personal information under applicable laws, including POPIA. These may include the right to:
