• Is not responsible for any claims, offers, or content in advertisements

Users interact with advertised products or services at their own discretion.

Your use of EqPlat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We strive to keep EqPlat available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EqPlat shall not be liable for:
